General Shipping Guide
Same Day Shipping
HairtoBeauty.com ("Hair to Beauty," "us" or "we") ship out over 95% of our orders on the same day. Orders must be completed before 3PM CST during weekdays and 12PM CST on Saturday to be eligible for same day shipping. The product must have the 'Same Day Shipping' icon otherwise the same day shipping will not apply. If an order contains of both same day shipping and non-same day shipping products, the orders will be shipped when the order can be completely fulfilled.
**Attention: Same day shipping does not imply same day delivery. Same day shipping if all requirements are met, signifies an order will be shipped the same day. We do not have any courier that will deliver to customers the same day.
Free shipping only applies to those orders that meets both of the following requirements:
- Final delivery point is within US Mainland, this excludes Hawaii, Alaska and all other US territories.
- Subtotal after use of coupon is $49
Free shipping has lower priority than other shipping methods, meaning it may be delayed without notice.
Delayed Shipment, Backorder or Partial Shipment
If the shipment is delayed for more than two(2) business days, we will do our best to contact the customer. We have the right to partially ship if we cannot fulfill your whole order. In case of backorder or partial shipment, we may issue store credit or refund. In case of partial shipment, we will pay the shipping cost for the second package.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed during the Weekend or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Saturday Deliveries: USPS make deliveries on Saturdays. UPS is closed on Saturdays. For this reason, UPS may take longer if Saturday is included in the delivery days.
Sunday Deliveries: Neither USPS or UPS make deliveries on Sundays.
Change of Courier Service
We have the right to change the courier service without notice.
Risk of Loss
We make every possible effort to prepare and ship items in a timely manner. Once items leave our warehouse, risk of loss is passed onto the recipient and courier used. It is solely the customer's responsibility to add signature confirmation (optional) at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive in customer’s hand. We are not accountable for any lost or stolen packages and will not be able to refund or alter a transaction due to these issues. As a precautionary measure, we will place a notice on each package not to leave the at the door. Should you have specific delivery instructions, we will do our best to have them displayed for the courier.
If an item falls under the criteria of lost, damaged or non-arrival, we recommend customers to call their courier service. We are only able to assist by creating a claim with the courier service to investigate the situation. Creating a basic claim with the USPS signifies an investigation will be done by USPS and they will contact customer concerning any applicable tracking updates. Basic USPS claims are final and no further actions can be taken by us. UPS will only take claims from the shipper and not the receiver. If a claim is needed for UPS packages, customers must contact us first.
Undeliverable, Refused Package
Any orders returned to us without previous authorization from Hair to Beauty (I.e. refused packages, incorrect address, etc.) will be regarded as return and the customer will be contacted. If no contact is made, the order will be cancelled and all fees including but not limited to additional shipping cost and/or restocking fees will apply.
If a package is refused by any reason, or considered undeliverable, customer will be charged a penalty that may include but not limited to extra shipping charges.
Wrong or Missing Items
If a customer receives a wrong item or missing an item, the customer must report within five(5) business days with proving evidence. After five days, we'll considered the order was correct.
For missing items, we will ship the product out once we confirm the product was not sent. In case of wrong item, we will send the customer a return label via email. Once the wrong item is received by us, the correct product will be shipped out.
If the customer does not resides within the US mainland, we may or may not send out a replacement product. If we do not send out a replacement item, we will either issue a store credit or a refund.
Domestic (USA) Shipping
For domestic delivery, we have USPS Priority and USPS Express.
USPS Priority may take three(3) to four(4) business days after shipment.
USPS Express delivers overnight to most US locations.
USPS Priority: refer to the map below to estimate how many days for package to be delivered. Delivery is estimated one(1) to three(3) business days according to the zone.

For domestic delivery, we have the following methods:
- UPS Ground
- 2nd Day Air
- Next Day Air Saver
- Next Day Air
UPS Ground: refer to the map below to estimate how many days for package to be delivered. It takes one(1) to five(5) business days according to the zone.

Shipping to the P.O. Box is available by USPS only. If you choose UPS as the courier, your shipping method will be changed to USPS.
APO, FPO, All Military Installations
For the customers in APO and FPO, fill out the shipping address as followed:
State as the following:
State: AA or AE or AP
City: APO or FPO or DPO
- AA for Armed Forces in Americas
- AE for Armed Forces Europe
- AP for Armed Forces Pacific
Input City as the following:
- APO for Army Post Office
- FPO for Fleet Post Office
- DPO for Diplomatic Post Office
Other than this, delivery would be delayed and additional charges may apply. And unfortunately these addresses are not eligible for Free Shipping because these locations are not in US Mainland.
All the APO and FPO shipment is available by USPS Priority only. Even if you choose UPS as the courier service, it will be changed to USPS. The duration of delivery may take seven(7) to fourteen(14) days or more varying on the base locations.
Air Shipping Restrictions
Due to the restrictions by DOT (Department Of Transportation), HazMat (Hazardous Materials) are unable to be shipped the following to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Military Installations, and other US Territories. US DOT prohibits Air-Shipment of following items which could contribute to an on-board fire or other mishap:
- Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray or shaving cream.
- Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as nail polish, nail polish remover.
We try all the best to deliver the order to the customer as fast as possible, but please understand we must follow the federal regulations and restrictions.
All international orders MUST be purchased via PayPal.
Duty, Tax and Custom Fees
International customers are liable for any tax, duty, and fees such as customs and brokerage fee. The government where the customer lives in may charge those fees and courier service may collect them at the point of delivery.
For more information about the tax, duty and fees, please consult to the local customs office.
If you are to refuse your package due to tax, duty, other fees or any other issues, the customer is responsible for the return fee of the package to Hair to Beauty, which can vary from $17 - $100.
For the international delivery, we have USPS Priority International and USPS Express International. After the parcel has left USA, the local postal service carry the package to the final destination.
USPS Priority International may take six(6) to ten(10) business days or more, the days vary based on the destination.
USPS Express International may take three(3) to five(5) business days or more, the days vary based on the destination.

- UPS Standard
- UPS Worldwide Expedited SM
- UPS Worldwide Saver
UPS Standard is only available to Canada and Mexico.
UPS Expedited estimate days are like these but may vary at times:
- Canada: Approximately two(2) business days
- Mexico: Approximately three(3) business days
- Europe: Approximately four(4) business days
- Asia: Approximately five(5) business days
UPS Saver takes usually one less day than UPS Expedited.
